I have used Listers LR Droitwich for 8 years, with mostly great customer service. If you have to wait then there is a quiet area for remote working, with unlimited hot drinks. The car is always cleaned inside and out, in fact the last time was best ever 17 October 2022.

My car was booked in for a service, the staff at Listers were welcoming and friendly. The work was completed earlier than I anticipated and I received a text advising me that my car was ready to collect. The vehicle had been washed and valeted (complimentary) and the bill was what I expected. What’s not to recommend?!

I attended unplanned for a safety issue, it was Monday and presumed would be busy. I waited in a very comfortable waiting area and was seen in around an hour and my problem resolved.

I go to listers for all my servicing and mot's. The service they provide is second to none. Kept me informed at all times. Friendly welcoming staff upon entrance to servicing staff who are all knowledgeable with all aspects of your vehicle. Would highly recommend buying a vehicle from them and after care is surely the best can be.
