Lovely house to stay in, location was great with plenty of parking. Photos are of us about to depart, rooms are neat and clean when you first get there. Plenty of pillows and towels. There was a kettle and hair dryer which helped. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast was nice no issues there it was cooked great and very quickly too. Plenty of options. Would go again. Only thing I would raise is the windows had no protection for kids,meaning they could fall out and the bathroom door handle in our room needed to be replaced. Apart from that no problems and very much enjoyed it. I would stay here again. the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you

Do not stay here. We are booked for two nights, our first night was disturbed by a loud and consistent banging noise that happened literally every second (see video). We got no sleep so called at 9am to complain, and ask for a different room for second night. Finally got an emailed response at 1pm that said they couldn’t get a maintenance person out and there were no other rooms available. Terrible customer service - no offer of help or even indication of a refund.

So start with the positives, the room was cleanish, the location is great and the bed was extremely comfortable.The negatives; the parking situation is horrific, the building felt like a halfway house with random people loitering in the hallways, walking up and down in towels & noisy.The rooms fittings were in a poor state of maintenance (lights hanging off the walls, scuff marks everywhere) & the shower is so hard to turn (even for. 6ft 2 barn door like me)

Payed for a late check out (12) start getting people knocking on the door from 10 asking which time we'll be out.I was doing meetings so I knew I'd get out around 12. I got out at 12.10 and the man doing the cleaning tells me you done yeah?".I couldn't even reply to someone so rude.We always come and recommend "My apartments" but this would be the last time."

The picture was different that the space that I was given. The aesthetic was pleasing. Also I was on the top floor carrying up luggage as there were no elevators. The neighbours were quiet & it did have excellent views. If you drive in. The parking is quite small so it’s not that great for bigger cars.

Rooms are misrepresented and dirty. Unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. The room you think you're getting in the pictures is not what you get. You get tons of automated emails with no reply from customer service unless you push. Dirty rooms with unwashed cups and cutlery. The cleaners are very very noisy, speaking as loud as possible without any consideration for the guests. AVOID!

Clifton House is really a home from home. The room is cosy, with a contemporary theme and has that boutique hotel feel about it. I opted for a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen. The kitchen is ideally equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The location is perfect with a Sainsburys and M&S just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a great selection of bars and restaurants close by on Whiteladies Road, as well as an Everyman cinema. The service from the Your Apartment team is always great and I would thoroughly recommend booking your next Bristol stay at Clifton House.

I loved my stay here! I stayed in the single studio and the room was clean and cozy. Also, the location was perfect! It was within a reasonable walk to shops and restaurants.

Great location, booked via booking.com. Our room was not an apartment, definitely a double room. The team are great and helpful but the quality of fittings and fixtures was disappointing for the money and the mix up on what we booked (luxury king studio) Vs what we were given (double studio) means we were very disappointed. I rarely give poor reviews but even with the very kind offer of a 20% discount for our next booking we won't be returning and will book one of the many other apartments that have more room and less filters on their advertising.
