I urgently needed a replacement for my sink for the en-suite because my worker didn’t get the right one I needed. I quickly searched online, had a great help and service from Clifton Trade Bathroom, especially thanks to the staff Lucy for her assistance on phone and in the shop, thankfully I’ve got the new sink in an hr time with a reasonable price too. Highly recommended!

We visited the Solihull store this weekend as we're planning to re-do our en-suite, following recommendation from a couple of local plumbing companies who independently confirmed Clifton high standards. We met Pete, a very knowledgeable guy who quickly showed he knew what he was talking about and was not interested in just selling you a product. Thanks for the great advice, Pete and team, we will be in touch as soon as we have finalised our plans.

I have recently made the mistake of purchasing a complete bathroom from Clifton Trade Bathrooms, Solihull and I will never buy anything from them again. The store manager at the time helped us with the design and choice of the units and he was very helpful. The problem was, the colour of the units didn't match. We now have three units in one shade of white and another in a different shade and although the bathroom should look amazing, the mismatched colours make it look ridiculous. Our fitter requested a unit change and the store firstly agreed to change the unit, then changed their mind. They advertise themselves as being customer friendly but in our case they are not. We spent over £4500.00 buying this bathroom suite and I would have expected better service than what we have received. You have let us down and we will never recommend you to anyone. We received outstanding service from Pete in the Solihull branch in fitting out x3 new bathrooms. Pete took the time to come out to our house and measure up from the dimensions given to us by our builders and offered a truly bespoke service when we visited the showroom. Would highly recommend Clifton's professional and through approach with their customers.

5 star staff and service!! The manager Pete spent a lot of time with us as we chose what we wanted. If they don't stock a particular item they will try and get it from somewhere else for you. They also price match and everything has a 15 year guarantee. When your bathroom is being fitted and something is missing or faulty they send a member of staff out with the item or replacement. They will also take back anything you don't need. They even give you a cuppa and a biscuit so what's not to like!! I would thoroughly recommend them.

Pete from Solihull branch came to our apartment, surveyed and made floor plans. So, on the visit to the show room Pete went through all the items that would fit and look best but also gave us the choice to pick items that we liked and wanted including the tiles that we wanted We were also were given a choice to source the tiles from somewhere else if we didn't like the ones they had.So all in all very good service without any pressure and as promised everything delivered on time. The delivery guys were very polite, helpful and the young Asian lad was very respectful, something that is very rare these days. I would highly recommend Clifton Trade.
