Parking is OK using the nearby Co-op car park. Well stocked with books and stationery, so a tad tight in floorspace and therefore social distancing. Staff behind the counter seem efficient.

The post office moved location a while back, unfortunetely the vile rude woman with the glasses kept her job.This lady should not be in sort of customer service role as it would seem she hates people.Also the man who owns the shop is just as bad. I have witnessed him being rude on many occasions.On the positives the rest of the staff who work here are lovely and helpful.

I visited seaton post office yesterday, The most rude and abrupt cashier with a very aggressive face and manner , she clearly took a dislike for me ,for some reason , but you should still remain professional! I have received this awful attitude and rudeness on several occasions & I will never use this post office again, Coly ford post office is always friendly inviting and helpful, seaton could not be further from it. A formal complaint has been submitted

Is it really necessary for the post office staff to make people wait anything up to 30mins in a long que just because they have to gossip about people. Its been like this for years and, nothing is ever done to speed things up...its out of date, no modern fast self service tills and its really cramped. Trust me, if there was a better post office I would use that instead. The post office in Honiton is fare better, fast and very helpful AND, they have up- to- date self service. No nasty gossip!.
