I called this chartered surveyors and spoke to a lady and she instructed me that the gentleman was out. When I asked whether I could leave a message for him to give me a call back, she rudely said no.I followed up by stating that I probably wouldn't be choosing them, her response was Good!"Literally - if you want to spend £1000 and get spoken to very rudely - then this is the company for you! Stay away!"
