Babyland Norwich

We looked online at a few options and Baby Land came out best in value so we headed over there and not only was the price really competitive but we were greeted by exceptional customer service. For us, having a psychical location where we could look, feel and test the buggies in action was helpful but we were also given such great advice - the team were very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. We also had peace of mind buying our car seat and pram from a shop nearby, should we ever need to claim on the warranty. Overall we were absolutely impressed by every aspect and would really recommend Baby Land to any parents.

I visited the shop today to get advice on a isofix base for a car seat. The staff were approachable, friendly and knowledgable. As a first time father i have found many shops of this kind to be daunting places especially when my wife is not with me. But the assistant took time to go through the options and workings of the seat. A great store, lucky to have it on our doorstep.

Ordered a pushchair in February. They were able to price match an online sale, which was great. I prefer supporting local business when I can. They have been sitting pushchair for me for 2 months now and we can't wait to pick it up today! The staff are sorry knowledgeable and were great at making recommendations.

Excellent service. I have now bought 2 pushchair's from Babyland and I cannot fault their service. My first purchase was 7 years ago & the staff went out of their way to help me. I have recently made several purchases including ordering the new icandy from them and once again the service was second to none. They will hold your items in the warehouse until you are ready to collect, which is so handy! Also the fact that you can test out items in the shop, including putting different weight babies in the pushchair's, we found very helpful indeed! Would highly recommend & their new shop is just lovely!

This was a really nice shopping experience. The staff were really helpful and explained everything I wanted to know about the pushchairs that I was l looking at. The package that I bought was the best price that I could find and having it fitted into my car was really useful. This is a fantastic place to shop and has so many different products available to choose from. With parking straight outside and no need to travel into the city centre this is the perfect place to shop.

I was never going to recieve my order. Joolz informed me that the buggy was still in their warehouse because babyland had not Paid joolz despite the fact i had paid in full. As other people have previously said babyland started of very helpful with alot of time and knowlege with helping me find a buggy i finally decided upon a joolz buggy and a maxicosi carseat. I found a deal online and babyland agreed to price match so we ordered the end of may with collect for the middle of july...... thoght this was a little long as other places took max of 10 day to dispatch. Mid july came with no contact from babyland so i contacted them to be told there was an issue with the joolz and there is a 3 week delay somebody will contact me when it arrives begining of august. August came still no contactact so i went into shop. Guess what still not in was assured that car seat was arriving that day and buggy was on its way and would be arriving end of week ready for collection on the saturday and they would phone on friday. No phonr called and was told it had not arrived but would be arriving the next weekend. I was not happy with this so i went to the shop and requested a refund. And to collect the car seat that should have been in. No carseat either so i requested a full refund. Even as i was refunding they were adiment that the order would be arrivint but i pointed out that i can not wait any longer and left the shop with my money and a very sarcastic look from the young sales assistant who was just stood watching the whole time. I felt that i recieved a shocking service fot nearly £1000 worth of good. I managed to find the buggy and carseat online at lesters nusery world for the same price and order saturday afternoon and it arrived on tuesday morning with a call from them to thank me for my order and check i had every thing i needed. My advice is do not order from babyland as they will not provide the good.

Myself and My husband just wanted to say a huge thank you for the brilliant service we have always received at Babyland.We ordered our maxicosy car seat + base and Icandy Cherry pram set in early Jan this year and collected the set today - held at our request.We had a good idea which items we wanted before visiting because we knew the store is smaller so may not have the items to view in store but to our suprise they had everything we wanted to look at and test out. We spent time trying the pram base in our small car and was given good advice to which one to was best to suit our needs. Also the car seat base was tested on purchase in our car and was fitted today within minutes and was given great advice overall.After having very poor service from a well know baby store regarding nursery set we had ordered it was lovely to be greeted today with a friendly face and get the service we expected.Overall i will now only use this store for all our babies needs and will be back when we need the next size car seat!Do not be put off by the small size of the store as most items needed can be viewed or at least advice given and ordered in.Highly recommend to everyone!!!

It's always good to support a local store and Babyland does not disappoint in terms of the range of products on offer and reasonable prices (with some great deals too!). It's useful to be able to look at items to assess their build quality, colour and usability and ask questions rather than just see the pictures on a website - and we've been able to try pushchairs and baby carriers in the shop to see how they really work!!We've found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and would happily recommend Babyland. We'll certainly be going back there as our little one grows bigger!!!

Our friends recommended visiting Babyland and we found it surprisingly well stocked for a small shop. It was the best place in Norwich to see a wide selection of prams and pushchairs but what really sets it apart from other shops is the friendly, personal and professional service. Definitely worth a visit.

We were recommended by friends and were not disappointed. The staff are excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As first-time parents-to-be the personal service and advice we received was invaluable. Much better than going to some of the big name baby shops. Great selection of prams, travel systems, furniture at competitive prices.
