DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car, they sold the car with multiple issues & everyone in that place are compulsive liars. I spent 5 hours sat waiting for them to fix an issue I brought up as I purchased it, they sent me away telling me that they’d fix the issue as soon as possible… that’s when they start ignoring you, as soon as you leave that place you’re on your own. Phoebe seems a nice girl but is very talented at making it seem like they want to help, I spent MONTHS waiting to be told my car was booked into a garage to be diagnosed… I then was ignored and ignored trying to get some confirmation of this booking (which I was told was booked in for a Saturday at a garage phoebe ‘arranged’) which was then told (after countless ignored emails and ringing them) that the garage isn’t even open on Saturdays. I threatened them with taking it to trading standards, they didn’t care.. Only until I brought up the AA guarantee which they abide by, things started happening. It took over 3 months of countless garage visits to get a new driveshaft & software update to my car (as I couldn’t turn off the tyre pressure warning like that was on from the day I drove it away) & then the only point of contact was the AA as NCH have no interest in your problems as soon as you’ve paid for the car. Awful awful place & by the reviews I’ve read since I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down. I’m not religious but thank god that they have the AA gurantee or I would’ve had to pay for all the issues I’ve faced since purchasing my car from them. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND BUY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS PLACE. I wish there was a rating less than 1*.

Positives - Good range of cars around all pricesNegatives - Unprofessional service.Lack of care when viewing vehicles can’t be bothered to get car keys for multiple options.After sales are a joke, had to chase 9 times for a small payment of less than £300 for a repair to spring.Wouldn’t recommend

My original post for some reason got taken down, But due to my strong dislike for this place and often time to time I remember this sorry excuse for a car dealership, I have to rewrite my review and give my thoughts to help others to learn from my mistakes.Bought a car from them in 2021, On the day the salesmen who attended to me (Neil) was his name came across extremely edgy, very much pressuring you to buy the car. If you gave any indication of not wanting the vehicle he would become aggressive and ask stupid questions such as why wouldnt you want to buy it. But whatever, dodgy fella.Went ahead with buying the said car. However, it had issues such as paint work damage and dents. Which the salesmen said would be rectified by collection day. When collection came they tried their very best for me to not be able to see the car until I had paid the remainder of the balance. Once they had my money they showed me the car and bare in mind it was raining so it was hard to see if the repairs had been done. I asked the salesmen on collection day if the repairs had been done. He was completely unaware about any repairs and after a few moments, somehow he remembered yes the repairs had been done.. Liar.Went home after it had finished raining released non of the repairs had been done and also the mileage was a lot higher then when I had initially checked out the car.Rang them but my god is their customer service and after care team, a joke pure joke. Can't put 2 and 2 together and very rude. If I go on and on i will he here for ages.To cut things short, I urge everyone to avoid this place. Very dodgy dealership who sell vehicles with damage to unknowning customers. After care is is a joke. Surprised places like this are still open for business

I would advise potential buyers to avoid this dealership. The inefficient handling of paperwork, poor communication, and seemingly unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles overshadowed the quality of the car itself. It’s important for dealerships to realize that the customer experience is just as crucial as the product they are selling. Do not buy from these. The after sales is shocking. It took them 3 months to collect my car for repair which they actually didn't repair and sent it back claiming they had. They failed to collect 4 times and when someone did collect, the person was very verbally inappropriate. I had to get my finance company involved as I was rejecting the car. It took another few months to decide they would accept the rejection. Now I am still waiting on them to collect the car so I can have my car back and hopefully my deposit. It has been 7 months so far and now they are ignoring my attempts to contact them.

Please remember this is my experience and I'm sure there have been people with a more positive experience than myself.I found the sales guys very helpful. The cars will be prepped before purchase, this means body work and pre inspection but please take a look and test drive the car before purchase. I advise you to independently do your own vehicle inspection as I was quite disappointed with the outcome after my inspection especially if you're paying a lot for your car.I was refunded my deposit after the after cancellation of my purchase.There is parking on site, the building was shockingly cold due to no heating as it was not working at the time.You can't use another finance company other than their lenders which they do have quite a few to cater your needs but it's best to ask them.Would I buy if given the chance again Im not sure I can possibly pass it off as one of those things"... like with any dealer do your homework and ask all the right questions.Dealer offer 28 day guarantee

Lovely sale from start to finish, Holly from sales helped with delivery and told me things I didn't even know about the car! Then bought only after 4 days, this included sorting finance.Collected car in August, bought 6 month guarantee which have only used once but Phoebe and Holly as well helped and was sorted in an hour. Thankyou guys!
