Calverts Carpets

Absolute 5* service from the lady who initially answered the phone to me (distressed as I had been let down by another firm) to the lovely bloke that came to measure up and then the Father & Son fitters (apologies I didn't retain names) who carpeted/floored my house from top to bottom on a bank holiday (Sunday) weekend. So pleased with the service. I will never even contemplate using any other firm in the future. Massive THANK YOU Calverts, great team.

Great service at Calverts Poppleton from start to finish, the lady was so helpful and good knowledge of products the measuring lady who came out to measure up was also very good at her job and spot on the fitters where top notch I cannot say enough except we will always use you

I've used Calverts to do all of my house. Always liked the selection, the staff have been very helpful but the fitters....the fitters have totally let the company down. They fitted a carpet with a fault, told me it would rub out over a couple of weeks. I knew within a couple of days this wouldn't be the case. The carpet was checked and it was glue that had caused the damage. ( the fitters knew this but couldn't be bothered). I arrange a re fit, which the fitters didn't turn up. I cancelled plans for the following day, being told they would be with me by 10am. The fitter didn't show, it turns out he wanted to do the bigger job first. So, again I am sat waiting. I have wasted 3 days over fitting one bedroom carpet. I am so disappointed I won't use Calverts again. Purely because the fitters are unreliable.

Good friendly staff, and deals on quality carpets

Than you Calvert’s for doing a great job with my new kitchen Lino. It looks fab and has really brightened up my kitchen. Great value great design great fitting service all done in quick time. Very highly recommended. Will be using them again.

A hidden gem, budget, mid range pricing on well made carpets and rugs. (All types of floor coverings available) Staff efficient and helpful. Small parking area. Recommend.

Good selection on carpets for all price ranges. Ordered the carpet Monday ready for collection Wednesday. Looks great fitted and makes the room much cosier
