Absolutely diabolical. Such a shambles we have lost a place we where trying to get because of there incompetence. Do not use them to get rid of your place or if your trying to get some where.THEY WILL FAIL YOU.

Enquired about an office space and the agent assumed it wasn’t right for us for a number of invalid reasons. She didn’t listen to the sole reason why I was enquiring ‘location’ and simply couldn’t get off the phone quick enough. After choosing to rule us out (without any confirmation from me that the space isn’t right) the agent couldn’t get off the phone quick enough. I’d be very concerned if I was the client. I had no choice but to stop the conversation as no matter what angle I took to try to have the agent stop assuming the space wasnt right for us it didn’t change her assumptions. Very strange situation. I’m going to attempt to bypass the agent and speak directly with the landlord.
