this has been the best company I have used in years. the lady on the phone was amazing. she new exactly what I wanted and it came super quick and is perfect. I haven't put it up yet as house is on going building site but am sure til be amazing. my parents payed 3 times as much for there beam and it's not half as good as mine...dad is gutted..lol...but seriously if your fixing your home up you know that basically 99percent of online companies are a nightmare....I was just so happy to get exactly what I asked for on time for once. I would recommend these people to anybody. thank you so much xx

Fantastic service from this company, I needed to send my beam back for a smaller one (correct size was sent, but needed a smaller one when it arrived) and the service I received was friendly and positive.My beam (now correct size) looks fantastic and we have had lots of compliments on it. We bought the 14x14 oak beam for our new house and absolutely love it! The wood looks lovely and fits perfect about the fire place. The team were brilliant, we had a few issues will drilling the bolt (completely our fault) but Shirley and the team were great, we got some new bolts and following the video guide it was very easy to put on. I would 100% recommend.
