Moleshill Retreat
Lara is such a warm and generous host and put me right at ease on my first time at her incredible wild spa. It’s such a unique experience and I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. I’ve been with friend and also my partner and I’ll be back again soon!! Highly recommend!!

Moleshill Retreat
Moleshill retreat is a really nourishing and special place and a very accessible way to have a mini retreat and regulate one’s nervous system in a few hours. Lara creates a welcoming experience with little touches that add an extra layer of pampering..I loved the combination and contrast of the wildness of a west wales landsape with the ice cold water and the warmth of the sauna.It’s a great way to catch up with friends too!

Well what a fantastic few hours spent at the wild spa Moleshill retreat. Lara was so welcoming and really looked after us. The ice bath was exhilarating and I've never experienced such stunning views from a cosy sauna. I am now a converted ice bath lover and can not wait to return again soon xx

Moleshill Retreat
Had such a perfect 4 night break here at the moleshill retreat.Everything has been thought of for a comfortable home from home stay, communication is great and we where made to feel so welcome.The views are amazing and it's so peaceful.Would love to be back now to be honest, wouldn't hesitate to book again if we visit the same area of Wales in the future.

The most tranquil experience I’ve ever had, beautiful and calm surroundings with Lara looking after us so well. Ice bath seems daunting at first, but after a quick dip, then the sauna - so relaxing and rejuvenating! Best sleep and felt like my whole body had had a workout. Can’t wait to return!

Moleshill Retreat
I've been to the molehill a few times now and each time is just as amazing. It's a beautifully peaceful spot with the best views. I've been in the rain and sunshine and I'm happy in either. The facilities are spotless and Laura is wonderful. Her cacao recipe is incredible! It's the perfect place to switch off and recharge! If you haven't given them a try yet then you should definitely treat yourself ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a fitness professional and enthusiast.I was eager to get into the ice bath at the Moleshill retreat, for its recovery & health benefits.What I didn't expect was how beautiful, wholesome and cleansing the whole experience was. I left feeling like a new man. Lara is a wonderful person. She was very attentive and made sure our time there was unforgettable.I can't recommend this place enough.The golden tea afterwards... Best hot drink I've ever been served. Thank you so much. Can't wait to visit again.@outworked_

Moleshill Retreat
Lara has made an incredible sauna, in its own infinity field looking over Cardigan bay and all the way up to Snowdonia. The sauna was incredible, we rolled in the snow to cool down, so much fun with lovely friends. It really was the best! Thank you!!!
