Jo is absolutely amazing! Me and my partner go for a sports massage every 7 weeks and leave feeling brand new. Shes super friendly and makes us feel 100% comfortable in her presence, the atmosphere of her massage room is so relaxing, almost to the point of falling asleep on the table! She knows exactly what she’s doing in regards to loosening knots/tight muscles and I trust her with her elbows even though it can be tender!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone

Had a lovely treatment with Jo, she made me feel at ease straight away and the massage was the best I’ve had, exactly what my back needed. Jo knew exactly what she was doing and her techniques were extremely effective. The facial was just devine, so relaxing. Would highly recommend, can’t wait to come back.

I completed my Microblading training with Jo over the weekend and she made me feel so comfortable! She’s so patient and has told me to come back and spend time with her if I ever feel like I need more help, she really cares about the results her students are achieving and I’d recommend her one on one training to anyone starting out in this industry

Amazing sports massage! Jo is sorting out a chronic shoulder condition I have had for over 30 years following a car accident. I have been to an osteopath, chiropractor and physio which help but never get to root of the problem. For the first time I am getting real relief from pain in just a few sessions. Thank you Jo.
