Been a customer since last 5 years but now looks like they only want to entertain big shopkeepers. Waited on checkouts for 15 mins no one bothered. One lady in the cashier room busy talking cash and other scanning lots of stuff on trolleys though no customer ( apart from me) and trying to ignore me as i was having only few bits on my trolley. I told lady i am getting late so ill come later and the only words she said were are you sure".. no i am not and won't be coming again. Thanks"

Google and website states open until 4, drove 20 miles as it was open longer than our local one to be told it closes at 3pm on a Saturday. Very annoyed that they haven't bothered to update their opening hours on line. When I spoke with the duty manager he said he knows it states 4 on line but his poster says different. Update your website, what a waste of time and petrol!!

Its a bog standard cash carry hasnt changed the format in a 100 years, still.no day passes, still lots of out of stocks lucky u drive past a Sainsburys on way in so stop on way out and getbwhat they dont have. Staff are unhelpful.

Manager is rude and ignorant has no customer service skill the way he talks to the staff is disgusting having witnessed him today I would walk out if I worked their don’t no how he keeps his job must be desperate if that’s their standard of store manager

Really happy with my experience with Booker, I personally go in their regularly to purchase items, the staff are always great and willing to help. The store is always clean and tidy. Also the checkouts are fairly quick to get through. Really happy. Thank you.
