I don’t have an option for 0 stars otherwise I would do that and I will not be able to write a review if I don’t choose 1 star but let’s get straight to the point this shop is a fraud they took my mums money and lied to her for 2 months saying they will make her clothes but they didnt they took her £100 and kept it and did not return the money as well they make fake promises and say they will make the clothes for you but they don’t. I am writing this review so the customers can be aware of the owner of this shop how scummy she is and she does a lot of fraud. She is also very rude and loves to be rude to her customers a lot.

very poor customer service i would not shop here. firstly Kuldeep kaur has several names goes by kelly and trish too so not really who she is and when. secondly i made returns due to sizes being incorrect and was told i was not going to get refunded when i was advised to make returns and i would be refunded later i was blocked and avoided this is fraud and stealing shamless customer service. so just wanted warn people not to shop here be carful when purchasing online through pay pal facebook this women is very cuning so please beware .thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would! Frauds, thieves and down right criminals! Ordered dresses for my daughters and they all came wrong size! Instead of refunding me she told me it's not her problem they don't fit!
