Well, what can I say, I had a Hive engineer visit on the Wednesday to fit a dual zone thermostat, he was here for four hours and left with the system not working properly. I called the guys at Sands at 10AM in the morning and by 3PM in the afternoon, Tom, the engineer turned up, within 15 minutes the problem had been identified and rectified. What more could you ask for. Sands have now got a new life long customer. Outsnding customer service from Vicky, who also keep us updated. All round a great experience and service received. Thank you Sands.

Phoned to get a price for some work. They took my phone number and address details, said they would call back to book an appointment to assess the job, never did. Why on earth did they not just say that they were not interested?
