What a lovely little Victorian baths. I came for a 7am swim this morning for the first time and loved it.You need to book a slot as they get filled up pretty quickly, but I think you can pay on the day too. The pool was a lovely temperature, and not over crowded with most spaces gone. Individual changing cubicles are along each long side of the pool, keeping in keeping with the history of the building. Did read some reports of the pool area being dirty, but going for the first session of the day was very clean.There is also a small gym on site, and by the reception area are some vending machines.Excited to go back!

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The online booking system is straight forward. There never seems like there are too many people in the pool at once. Lanes are a good width. All in all this is a great place to swim.

The swim sessions here are nice and relaxed .. lots of individual changing spaces. Staff are friendly. The pool is quite small though.Currently you should book online first and it feels quite busy.

Came here on one of the just swim sessions after not swimming at all for about 6 years so I was really nervous but I loved it! Simple facilities but they do the job, feels safe and well attended to, and the pool temp is lovely

It's a nice, quiet swimming pool, but it shows its age. In the morning, over winter, the water should be warmer, as there are small babies and children's lessons and my daughter and other children in her class are often shaking. It should also be cleaner. In the past weeks, at the bottom of the pool there has been debris similar to ground building up and it's not pleasant to walk on them in water.

Friendly staff and lovely old fashioned pool. There is a slight difference in the pool temperature in certain spots when doing lengths but this should be expected with an old and functioning pool. Nice and warm

The showers have no curtains on and very short push buttons. But other than that it's a nice retro place where you walk straight on to the pool and there are plenty of changing rooms. The lanes are a bit crowded after work so it's best for a slow swim.

It is a great place to train, never pact, and the pool is a traditional pool.

Great pool, no gimmicks, proper swimming, clean and tidy and friendly staff, value for money. Unfortunately it is closing for a few weeks due to an upgrade. Also I am only able to write this due to a medical episode a few months ago and my life was saved by Elliott the attendent on duty. Split second thinking and correct procedure by him saved my life. I look forward to returning after the refurbishment.
