Amazing and fun experience. Loved it

An absolute scam and shambles. Three men, two of which did at least try to make the evening somewhat enjoyable, fumbling around in a building they know nothing about. The medium told us we had to talk for something to happen and so we all stood in a circle holding hands talking between ourselves for 45 mins whilst he did absolutely nothing. When asked questions he told us two spirits were in the room but couldn’t give us any information unless they told him. He made no effort to even pretend. Equipment was a dud and there wasn’t enough to go round. One activity was literally a wonky table in a room with people all crowded round it. The basement has asbestos and electrical wiring everywhere. The problems weren’t regarding expecting some sort of spiritual activity but the fact we spent hours doing absolutely nothing. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

A poor customer experience. Booked to go to Nothe Fort and on arrival was accused of not paying the balance. After several minutes of conversation and proving I had sent the payment and basically being told he hasn’t got it, Steve then declares he might have found it and walked off. No apology for his error. When I mentioned this to another member of the team, they dismissed it as ‘just his way’ and not interested.Found the night very poor. Lots of long gaps waiting on other groups to finish when we had been told to finish by a certain time. No one was engaging with our group. They were too interested in the ones they knew and some parts were definitely faked by the team. Do not recommend this company at all.

This place is very interesting and worth visiting during the day and night with the Ghost hunting team.

Great investigation, with knowledgeable paranormal investigators. They go to some great venues, that never fail to deliver.

Complete waste of money!! Went to shepton mallet prison Saturday and the company literally lied the whole time!!! Table tipping we ALL whitenessed the guy moving the table himself, didn’t even try to make is discreet. I even held the corner of the table to make it harder for him to move and you could literally see his hand forcing back to make the table move. Same with the ouija board, we could see the woman moving the glass herself!! We done a ‘ Seance’ and the ‘medium’ and 2 other people who work for the company were moving our hands in the air acting like it was ghosts yet you could feel them moving your hands and no one else’s that weren’t touching the hands of the people in the company DID NOT MOVE!! Honestly an absolute rip off. I’d have walked round that prison on my own in the dark and nothing would of happened. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
