Disgusting company.Literally every single action of their side comes from financial motivation. From the subscription based mandatory portfolio, to the fee for every extra service, to their pushing to do book appraisals after 9 months, to their unwillingness to adhere to the GMC's decision that revalidations could be deferred during COVID, etc etc.One more example: I did my multisource feedback round myself without using their forms, processing it myself into tables. Huge problem. Until I just paid GBP 100 and let them process it exactly the same again.

Beware of direct debit fraud this company commits regularly. I registered with this company many years ago and cancelled my subscription 2019. I never used them or their services ever again. I even received an email saying my subscription was cancelled. Literally one week after I cancelled the subscription they deducted the annual fee and have been doing it annually. Since its once a year and a relatively small amountof £300, I obviously overlooked it as I do not monitor my account carefully. When I challenged them they do not respond. Or they respond saying something vague like 'you reinstated your subscription on...' No such thing ever happened. If you have any relationship with this business please contact your bank as you have protection and you may get your money back. Moreover they will also cancel this businesses right to reinstate direct debits without your permission. Make no mistake - they are charming eloquent and convincing. But they are fraudsters.

I've been with MEDSU for 7 years now, I'm member of the British Association of Body Sculpting and have always been happy with their service.The doctors that carry out the appraisals are understanding and very experienced.The platform is easy to use and navigate.It does have a cost but it is well worth it and ideal when you work in the private sector.Thanks again for another successful appraisal and looking forward to my upcoming revalidation!
