Wouldnt let my dog stay here. Stinks of bins. Flats are discusting and in a state is dissrepere. Still waiting for 1.5k back off them. Its been 2 weeks after terminating the contract as the flats are not fit for purpose

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Caused me unnecessary amounts of stress in my final year of uni. Flat wasnt deep cleaned when we moved in and now we have Bug infestations just save your self the stress live somewhere else .

It offers ensuite rooms at low price with many amenities when compared against all other student accommodation in the town. Had a very good stay over here.

Amazing place ! So close to both Uni and Town ! Also, there are a lot of shops and restaurants which are walking distance from the place. The staff is amazing, especially Laura, the Building manager. Had a lovely time there and really really miss it ! Will completely recommend

Great place for uni students especially in the second and later years. Really friendly staff. The rooms are really high quality and are a steal at the price for a location in the city.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS PLACE WILL RUIN YOUR STAY IN LIVERPOOL.*Edit* Still NO WIFI after over a month. Still paying the same rent despite this. Ridiculous.Bins are never emptied and are now overflowing. No one seems to work here and Regent never reply to emails.Constant WiFi and hot water outages. The latest WiFi outage is because the owners didn't pay the WiFi bill (?!?!) and are now saying 90 days to fix. Unacceptable as WiFi is part of the tenancy agreement I signed last year. Will be seeking early termination of my tenancy if they don't sort it early next week.Hot water is off (AGAIN) today. Great.The reception desk is very rarely staffed which makes it difficult to receive parcels or get help with anything.Glass recycling bin is constantly full and they seem to have removed the regular recycling bin, why?!My room is also permanently boiling. 30 degrees at night time with the window open. This is an issue I have raised with staff several times and hasn't been rectified. Window opens only a crack at the bottom.Would avoid.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM WITH THEM! After Regent got the management of the building we don’t have internet ( two weeks for now and counting)we found out it could be up to 90 days ?!?! Because they didn’t pay the bill!?!?... also we don’t have hot water running since two days ago and the elevator in not working now. After calling them every single day no one is giving us any solutions. Really disappointed. Please DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE.

STAY CLEAR!! Do not book. Sadly, this place has gone downhill very quickly. From June 2018 it was taken over by Regent property management which has led to a reshuffle in staff (from lovely Will to NO ONE at reception). There is no one to sign for parcels, note down maintenance issues or deal with lock outs. Instead they have provided an email and telepone number to contact which are unfortunately of no great help.Throughout my stay I have had no hot water for several days to a week at a time and there is also no WiFi for atleast 90 days. On top of all this there is a clear lack of communication between the property manager and tenants as we are not informed about what is going on and all calls and emails fall on deaf ears.I would certainly not reccomend this place to anyone, especially considering the price you are paying to only receive half the utilities stated on the tenancy. I hugely regret re booking for next year, and am coming across obstacles when attempting to cancel the contract.

Great price in comparison to neighbouring buildings, super friendly reception and management team, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Super close to the LJMU Engineering buildings aswell as food shops. The rooms are cosy and snug with plenty of room.

Hi ,Firstly, this place is located at the right place for all the students to access University, Daily utilities. Secondly, the staff is so friendly particularly Laura the manager. My stay has been peaceful except few days where there were maintenance issues in the building. A very affordable, commercial place.
