My overall experience of the service was quick and efficient. From day one I receive prompt replies to my email and phone calls (usually Tara). On the day of the install they were polite and efficient. Pete also provided some good advise about the wood burner and other general information about it's upkeep. Very happy with Pete and Tara, I would recommend them.

Our 12 year old, cast iron, Aga woodburner had cracked and needed replacing. We contacted Horsham Fires & Flues who were very friendly and helpful. They offered really good advice and explained everything well. Once we had eventually chosen the Aga stove we wanted, a date for the work was scheduled which was to take place only a few days later. HF&F did a great job of installing our new stove. They are a great team, friendly, courteous, professional and were most respectful of our property. I was never totally happy with the old install as the company who did the job could not manage to put in a proper flue liner all the way up the chimney, this was no problem to HF&F. Pete and his team managed to undo the original part pipework and the cement work securing it in place and replace it with a proper quality stainless steel liner the full height of the chimney, which has really put my mind at ease. Our new stove was then installed and commissioned the very same day and it looks great. The finish and workmanship is excellent. There were a couple of teething problems related to the stove itself and not the installers but these were sorted by HF&F as quickly as they were able to and without any issues on their part.Thank you Pete and team, ably supported by the very capable and efficient, Tara. Pete and Tara installed a log burner for us a couple of months ago after our Victorian chimney failed in November and open fires were no longer an option. The team installed the stove efficiently and were tidy and courteous. We are very pleased with the end result and the impact of having the log burner means the house has felt warmer ever since. Horsham Fires and Flues came out to look at an old (non compliant) log burner that was causing us issues. Pete is very knowledgable and explained all of the options available to us (including doing nothing). We chose to replace the burner and Pete was very helpful throughout the process to help and guide us. Once we had decided, the installation was arranged (by the excellent Tara) and carried out very quickly and without too much mess or fuss. The use of the new burner was explained before they left and was followed up a couple of days later to ensure that everything was OK. I wish that all trades-people carried out their business like this.

Just had a log burner installer by Pete and the team. They spent time protecting flooring a furnature with sheets before started on the installation.Professionally installed clean and tidy and a great finished product. Company of choice in my opinion.

From start to finish Pete and Tara are professional and knowledgeable and don't promise what they can't deliver. The fireplace needed enlarging and this was done with the minimum of disruption. I was consulted at every stage and felt confident that they understood what I was trying to achieve.On completion there was a thorough handover and explanation of how the stove works, dos and don't etc and the whole fireplace and surrounding area was left clean and tidy. I am very happy with the standard of the work, the quality of the materials and the friendly but businesslike way all the team conducted themselves.I am already recommending them!
