Took my sister to get her prom dress and the staff were rude. They only had one changing room for the whole shop. The staff spent loads of time with a very slim, very pretty girl and ignored us completely. My sister is a size 10/12 and all the dresses in the store were far too small for her. The staff were laughing when they thought we couldn't see or hear them. We were told we were too late for ordering this and that, but we're helping the other girl in the shop. Very rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Do not go here.

Visited yesterday for high school uniform. Brilliant service given by friendly, patient staff. Very organised shop, definitely recommend.

I wouldn't go here again, they lack customer service! They rush you and look like they can't handle more than 5 customer's in the shop at once. I have also realised after washing my sons jumpers they gave me two different sizes. One 11-12 and one 13 years, now I have to go elsewhere to buy another one to fit my son for now. Icon clothing from now for me.

Went to buy a prom dress a few days ago. Lady in the shop was wonderful nothing to much trouble and went out of her way to help so Thank You. Unfortunately we did not buy anything on this visit but would definitely recommend

Bought uniform for grand daughter today for new high school. Service was brilliant, lady who served us was so helpful and patient trying different sizes etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, if only all shops were this good with their service.
