I have used this company three times this year for various problems.Last Friday Scott had to condemn my boiler but by Monday lunchtime I was up and running with a new one. Scott keeps in touch and arrives when he says, always cheerful. He and Jamie work efficiently and cleanly and provide an excellent service.

We called Scott out of hours when we had an emergency leak. The service was efficient, thorough and very professionally carried out. Scott carried out some additional work while he was here and couldn’t have been more helpful in our hour of need. We are happy to highly recommend him .

Scott was very Professional and reliable he completed a site visit the same day I called AS I HAD NO HEATING - He fixed the problem all parts was ordered that day and works completed the day after .. Roper’s Will NOW be my 1st go to regarding all our boiler and plumbing needs .

Scott fitted a water filter system and did a fantastic job. He took time to ensure it was fitted into the cupboard in the best way possible to leave me with space for storage. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Came recommended and would definitely use again. Scott identified leaks in our loft immediately when other firms had not been able to. I also asked for a quote for additional items to correct someone elses work in our kitchen, downstairs toilet and to replace a rad and sort a leaking pipe through corrossion. Dealt with everything swiftly. Sorted all the issues. Great guy.

Fantastic service! I can’t speak highly enough of Scott and J. My boiler broke - Scott came to look at it within the hour. A new boiler was sourced and fitted within the week, including pressurising and flushing out the system. Plus they organised the rubbish removal! I can’t recommend Scott highly enough - thank you.

I highly recommend Scott who came the same day to assess my boiler problem. He then returned on a Sunday to fit a new boiler so I wouldn't have to be long without heating & hot water!

Called late evening as we had a leak. Answered straight away, and was here very quickly. Job was done without any bother or mess. Lovely chap to boot! Would recommend for sure.
