Use this company at your own risk! Let me put some context to our situation.We asked for a washing machine expert to have a look at our tenants washing machine, as it had stopped working with an error code, unfortunately we couldn't get to the machine ourselves at the time, so we called this company for assistance..We were told, we would need a new part. Initial call out was £65 and the additional cost of new part + vat, totalled to more than what we wanted to spend. . Luckily my husband is an electrical engineer and so he decided to look at the fault himself. After some reading- investigation and servicing he managed to fix the machine and it is now working in good order. Tenants are happy. We called the company to get a refund for their insufficient service, this is not good enough! Taking people's monies and exploiting citizens.. quoting people for expensive parts without doing the job properly is not good enough. I am infuriated. How many other people does this happen to?

Contacted Gavin on behalf of my mum who needed to replace a grill element. Gavin turned up on time and sourced the part and came back and fitted it promptly. Very pleased with the service. All costs explained clearly in advance. Will definitely use again.
