Absolutely shocking service. Waited 45minutes in the middle of the night on my own. Kept calling the firm and they kept telling me he’s coming. No one showed up at all. I’m a young woman and I could have been in danger. Never use this firm.

Booked for 6.15..... still waiting. No despatch message!!Bloody ridiculous!Useless lot.

Asked a taxi driver if they took card and they said yes but you have to book at the office. So I told the office guy where I wanted to go. Then I got in the taxi for a 5 mile journey. Half way though the journey he said did the office give you a price?? I said no you have meters?? He said the price of taxis has gone up today!! I’m like thinking why do I need to know this. Then he asked me to use a garage to get the cash out to pay. For a 5 mile journey he charged me £26 quid. I know I am from up north but this takes the queens jubliees…!!!(to put it politely)The Asian rip off merchant drove a 64 plate ford galaxy and had crumbs in the back and was in a good need of a valet. Will use a different company next time I goto BCA from Crawley train station.

Don't bother with the clowns. Only taxi company that never has available taxis. Twice in 2 weeks I have tried to get a taxi from Crawley station to be told that there are no taxis, once at 2.30 pm, and the person in the booking office told me he didn't know when drivers would be back, had to re arrange a dentist appointment. Second time at 3.30pm, same. The guy is not even friendly, which makes the whole thing worst than it should be. Total useless clowns.

Metro car very reliable and prices does not fluctuate by individual drivers.

Well where to start. We got stuck some where even though we booked in advance because they basicly picked up some one else, we had a child at home and when we called them saying that the driver just took another person even though we were there they made us stand out side for a further 1.5 hours before they prioritised us even though we booked in advance.We have gone to the office a couple of times to get a taxi and it is very clear that there is a lot of mates" hanging out there and around the door. This makes late at night very intimidating. And on my geuss 9-10 times we go it is clear that the friends plus staff our on drugs. On a positive the taxi drivers our amazing and have always gone to standard or beyond. It is the call centre and front of house staff that let the company down. Never had a bad taxi driver and they equally show concern/ agreement about the front of house experience because this impacts there clients and essentially there income and home life"

Called at 4.30 to book a car at 6.30.waited and waited after 3 further calls car finally arrived at 7.05 Charged £15, for a 4 minute journey. Called at 8.30 for a return trip and was told it would be time and a half, when we asked what's the justification for that, they put the phone down. Booked an uber, arrived after 8 minutes, charged £8. You decide.

Highway robbers. Nightmare train journey after person killed on tracks. They were charging £20pp so £120 to travel the 11min journey to Gatwick per 7 seater. Within 10 mins when things started to calm down a bit they started to charge £10pp. Greedy beyond belief

Great service! Taxi arrived on time if not early but didn’t rush us, and dropped us accordingly.Reasonably priced compared to the airport taxis
