I joined Griffin Fit four years ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has not only had a significant impact on my fitness level, but also my health & mental well being. The team are incredibly supportive and whilst it might be hard sometimes, it’s always fun!I really cannot praise Lizzie and her team enough.

I’ve been a client at Griffin Fit for more than 3 years, and I can safely say it’s one of my favourite places I’ve ever trained. The classes are great, and the trainers are all knowledgeable and supportive. In particular, since I’ve been pregnant I’ve really appreciated having trainers knowledgeable in prenatal fitness.

Great team!Lizzie and her team have given me the confidence back into training! I stop training since covid and was nervous about going back in the gym! I’ve regain the passion of looking after my well-being! It’s about having a healthy relationship with your body. Thank you Lizzie and the team. With each week I feel myself getting stronger. Looking forward to a great journey ahead.

Bored of yo yo dieting and feeling rubbish I saw the ad pop up on my Facebook targeted towards people who dislike standard gyms. In a moment of spontaneity (most unlike me these days) I clicked the link and got the call from Lanette! That was end of April. I did May’s start up month with no obligation to continue but I was hooked! Love the workouts, they’re fun, change all the time targeting different parts of your body. The coaches actually coach! I get feedback on my form and how I can get more from the sessions. It’s really personal and as a member I value that so much! My body is changing and I feel happier and more in control! Highly recommend Griffin as a gym!

The perfect gym for ‘non gym’ people!! Griffin Fit has a super friendly, approachable & encouraging team who set achievable goals and are there for you all the way. The sessions are challenging but fun, with expert instruction from all the trainers. I never thought I’d enjoy going to a gym, but Lizzie and the team at Griffin Fit have changed that!!

Phenomenal studio with wonderful trainers. The slew of services offered for the cost is close to unbeatable. Parking can be a bit hard to sort depending on the time of the day, but it is never actually impossible. Absolutely worth your time, money and effort.

Griffin Fit was the best decision I made in last how many years...I'm doing early sessions (6:15am) and absolutely love them, I used to struggle with getting up early but then I decided to show my body who's the boss!My gym colleagues are fantastic, the atmosphere is always relaxed and enjoyable, the trainers are supportive, friendly and will always make sure we receive the best training and advice.In 4 months I have lost 10kg, I feel so much fitter and better.Cannot thank Griffin Fit enough!

I've been a member for several years now and love it. There's a great atmosphere and the PTs are all very supportive and knowledgeable. Sessions are fun and varied and there's no judgement if you need to take a break or take it down a notch.I'd never made good use of a gym membership until I joined Griffin Fit.

I have been attending Griffin Fit for over two years. This is a well-equipped and welcoming gym with excellent one to one sessions and knowledgeable and friendly trainers. I have been able to reach my goals here and would recommend this gym to anyone in the local area.
