Very impressed. Long time web user, recent store convert. Great parking right next door at The Taps - free for an hour. Dillan was great, making sure I got the most for my money and the right liquid for my needs from the extensive selection. Very customer centric and great attitude. Highly recommend.

First class customer service. I ordered online and when Royal Mail (standard delivery) delivered a damaged parcel with an item missing, the customer service team replaced the item for free and gave me an extra free bottle of vape oil. I honestly expected to be told there was nothing they could do as it was Royal Mail’s fault. The shop always has great offers on too and very knowledgeable staff, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Cool looking shop but fees like they rip you off with it being a student area I paid £50 for a box mod with 2 tiny liquids that tasted horrible, I then went to “WE ARE VAPES” and turns out you can only replace the coils at totally wicked which I wasn’t told, as I wasn’t happy with my purchase from totally wicked I bought a larger box mod with a larger tank and 3 large liquids for £54 From “WE ARE VAPES” on Stanningley road 100% much more helpful much better products don’t bother with totally wicked

Popped in yesterday evening as i'm new to vaping and needed advice. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. It was so refreshing to deal with a company which understands and knows how to do business properly. The manager (presumably) was particularly impressive.

Coutomer services horrible been there 2 days ago the person serve me is unprofessional I want to get new E .cigarette I didn't receive any help from him sound like didn't want to talk to client and expose they product avoid this place don't respect client you don't get my money simpleThe person serve called brandThanks there is other shop next to them so nice staff helpfulMy opinion that was the bad place entered in my life avoid avoid
