Had a great experience within the store. Staff are really friendly and more than happy to help. COVID precautions were spot on as well, hand sanitiser on the door and all staff wearing their masks. Store manager Blair was very helpful in helping me find the kit I was looking for too. Will definitely be back.A

Can't fault the excellent service with the Scottish Rugby Store. It's always well laid out and the staff (especially Blane Anderson) are fantastic! Blane went out his way to track down a specific shirt for my grandson.

Nice place, but I find they are so expensive. £82.00 for a rugby top for a child. Staff were very helpful

Went to the rugby store in advance of Scotland game, staff couldn't have been any more helpful. They were terrific, very responsive to questions, knowledgeable on the products and just going the extra mile to help out. Prime example is that my wife was buying a top, she picked one from the shelf and the girl went into store and picked up a new sealed in packet and scanned that so we knew it was brand new! Can't recommend enough!

Staff were really helpful and friendly. They helped us to pick items and sizes. I had to exchange and item that I'd picked up in the wrong size and they were quick and helpful in fixing my mistake
