I contacted them via Facebook messenger to check if they had any delivery delays, which they didn't. Their customer service was fantastic, and very quick to respond.The items were despatched the same day, and arrived the following day.They were packaged fantastically, thank you.I cannot recommend Little House of Fragrance enough; they will certainly be my go to place when I need more candles.

Came across this place by chance as I was looking for the Santa Paws Yankee Candle, and what a fantastic experience. Not only is it packed full of every kind of product that I love, the service was 2nd to none. Emailed them to say there was a problem when ordering, was late Saturday night, so expected a reply on the Monday. But received a response that night and got things sorted there and then ! Order arrived super quick and packaged really well. Thank you, will definitely be purchasing more and passing on website to friends who I know will love it too ❤ x

I ordered two fairy wax burners as they were really good value for money. The delivery was really fast and as these burners are fragile they were packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. A first class service that I can highly recommend.

I first heard about this shop from my Mum. I saw a gorgeous looking electric wax burner/lamp at her house and asked her where she got it. I guessed direct from Yankee or a big department store. I even asked her if she brought it back from our recent visit to Turkey, as the selections of lamps and wax burners over there were incredible.I couldn't quite believe it when she told me about Little House Of Fragrance and that it was a family run business. This was last weekend.... I have since purchased one of the wax melt burners myself and I am so pleased with it. Made with such quality and it really does look stunning in the front room.Postage was free, quick delivery and extremely well packaged, given the fragility of the product.All in all, I couldn't recommend Little House Of Fragrance enough to give your house that cosy/homely feel. Keep up the great work, guys!

I was looking for a specific electric oil burner for my wife which I saw in our local garden centre but they went out of stock. This is when I came across Little House of Fragrance online and after ordering, it arrived very quickly, well packaged and communication up until it arrived was excellent. Would definitely buy from again for any birthday/xmas gifts.
