Ordered a cake with 1 hours notice. The cake was fresh and designed perfectly. Due to restrictions, was not possible to find a particular cake in a Supermarket. I was asked for an urgent recommended and I suggested Cake Box, and order was placed. Was not charged for the sprinkles out of courtesy on this occasion. Highly recommended.

As a lifelong egg allergy sufferer, I could never have my own birthday cake until I discovered this place! Their cakes are light and delicious and people have told me they taste even better than normal cakes. The cakes are all reasonably priced from individual cupcakes to massive cakes for a party. I come to the Cake Box for all major celebrations now and the staff are always so polite and professional.

Ordered online for collection. Came in today to be told was not in stock and we did not call because we had other options for you to pick. After questioning this was then told we did not have time to call you. For 1min of your time to make a phone call now has cost me 40mins and fuel driving to you and back for nothing. Thanks for nothing

You’re able to put your photos on cake and people with certain allergies may eat the cake. They were always on time even when you make an order 2 days before the event. If you call you can even collect the cake after 5 min is closing. Nice company

Great customer service. Delicious vegan cakes. Cakes are made to order and can be customised according to your occasion. Pre-prepared cakes are also available for a lower price. Party paraphernalia also available. Orders take time but are worth the wait. Highly recommend.
