I hadn't been in Skechers for quite a while. (Last time I went in, I stood looking at a display expecting that someone would come and ask me if I needed any help. The two members of staff were busy chatting to a friend and never looked around. I left) This time I was soon approached by a friendly member of staff who tried very hard to find a shoe that met my requirement. Unfortunately, nothing quite hit the spot so I was unable to make a purchase but I will certainly now feel that I will be more welcome than my earlier visit!

Excellent service ! Myself and my husband both came in originally for me to buy a pair of shoes for my holiday to Jordan! Myself and husband both ended up with two pairs each. Shannon and Yazz helped us out and what lovely girls they are. Thank you we will be returning for many more.

This store is always such a pleasure. Today I got my gorgeous new trainers and Zoltan and Matilda were beyond helpful. Helping me to try different styles and patiently making sure the shoes were comfortable. I love this store and only get my shoes from them. Highly recommend!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase. I bought a pair of trainers two weeks ago and initially found them comfortable when trying them at home, fully aware of their return policy. However, when I wore them outside, I experienced significant pain in my right foot. Upon returning to the store to address the issue, the staff promptly denied any possibility of a return, even though I was only expressing concerns about the shoes and wanted to understand the problem. I was then advised to contact customer services, who also refused a return despite my complaint about the pain and the potential of a faulty item. This experience has left me profoundly disappointed with both the service and quality I've received. Despite being a satisfied customer with many previous purchases without issues, this time, I was surprised by the unprofessional and unfriendly treatment I encountered.

We went in to by one pair of shoes and left with two pairs! Emily was a huge help - thank you so much! Great shop, great shoes, great staff. Highly recommended.

Awesome customer service. I was a typical bloke on a mission to buy the first thing I liked. Tried on a size I thought was great. Chloe persuaded me to try others and walk around a bit. Ended up with two sizes bigger and trainers that are SO comfy. Good work Chloe and thanks for the superb advice and customer service!

It was my first time shopping in here yesterday.Although the shop was very busy, I was still politely greeted by a young man called Llewellyn (apologies if I've spelt that wrong).He was very polite, and very helpful.He found exactly what I was after and was very efficient.A lovely nice bright store with a good range all displayed well for easy browsing.Thanks very much!
