Possibly the worst costumer service I have received from the older male employee that works here. He is so unbelievably rude. I don’t know why he is in a customer facing job when he clearly seems to dislike people and also his job. My nails that he did for me are literally raw they are that sore. He filed my own nails down way too much and anytime I would pull back because it hurt so much he would aggressively pull me back.I stupidly paid full price because I just didn’t want the hassle and I just wanted to get out of there. This was a treat for my birthday and I should have left that salon feeling amazing and it was the opposite. Would not recommend.

So today I had an appointment with my friend for infills.When we arrived, the young lad working there offered us a cold drink. The woman who I believe is in charge had ago at him infront of us which is firstly unprofessional & secondly really out of order. I'm guessing you were telling him off for offering us a drink as he didn't give us one and walked off. I have to say we felt really sorry for the way this woman spoke to him! Then when the woman asked what I wanted doing I said infill and asked if she had any designs I could look at, all I got back was use Google!" Do you not think I had already tried that so that was a rude comment.Then she asked us 3 times rudely if we had an appointment

I asked for a specific design for my graduation nails and the man who did my nails said he could do it. But it ended up looking so messy and the lines were not clear. I asked him to fix a few things but they just got messier and he was losing patience. I was quite disappointed about the £48 I spent there. I also did not get a wide variety of colours to pick from.On a positive note, atleast the shape and base of the nail was alright.I ended up getting it redone elsewhere a few days later. Bottom line, if you don’t think you can do a design, just say so.

Having a pedicure fullset toes today, absolutely perfect, great service.

I got BIAB nails done here and they’re incredible! The attention to detail was amazing and the nails are exactly like I wanted them. I really recommend, thank you so much!

My nails turned out perfectly. I like my nails more than the inspiration pictures I showed them. They took time and care to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Some of the other reviews are very harsh about the staffs attitude they are very nice and friendly, people are just critical for no reason because their English isn’t as good.

So I have been going to leamington spa and nails for such a long time! The old owners always made me feel welcome and was such a lovely atmosphere to go and relax environment as what you wanted.I went in 3 weeks go to get my nails done.first time since the new owners and I hated it never felt more uncomfortable before. The woman who worked there spoke to me rudely and said sit,it felt like I was an animal being told to sit. I was felt waiting for ages. Nails weren’t great and left unhappy.Thought they must of had a bad day as everyone does every now and then. So yesterday (5th September) I thought I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again.Walked through the door,women said quite abrupt what do you want. I explained what I wanted. Told me to wait. I waited for 40 Only to talk my old jel nails off. Like I was some sort of massive inconvenience to them. Like they almost didn’t want to do it. Anyway I then asked if I could have just a jel colour put on. Rolled her eyes and make me uncomfortable again. Comes to paying I asked if I could pay card. Said bank transfer and shoved a bit of paper in my face wih details on. Explain I couldn’t do it as had no internet. So asked if I could pay cash. Prices had gone up. Was looking through my purse to find my loyalty card she then decided to be nosy and help herself to my purse and started going through it. I said excuse me!! Payed and walked out. Told her how rude the staff are and how she went through my purse (what no one does).Never going back!! So so rude!! I want the old business owners back!!

Have used Leamington Spa Nails and Spa twice now and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. The ladies & the man who run the salon are lovely. I have never had any trouble with them, always welcoming and polite. 10/10 Service and super quick with doing my nails. Would recommend highly

I agree with the reviews below that this place has really gone downhill since the change in ownership. It was always quite cheap and cheerful, but good value, clean and they did a good job. Now the salon feels run down, dirty, lot of staff who don't seem to know what they are doing, not removing gels properly etc. and the prices have gone up whilst quality has gone down. They also seem to overbook so even if you go with a booking, you will wait around 15 - 30 minutes for your appointment. I also think the staff are not that friendly or welcoming,. I have stopped going here for these reasons.

Been going for years but I feel like since changing ownership standards have dropped. The concern for me was the cleanliness. The guy doing my gel was wearing gloves however they looked dirty, like they had been used over and over again. Honestly that’s enough to put me off going back.
