Ordered a seal following advice to replace a seal that had been working perfectly for many years.The new seal started to leak almost instantly and worse than the old one. I contacted customer services explaining my new seal was not working and perhaps a different style or larger seal might be the answer, providing photos of the leak and old seal my customer assistant clearly became frustrated and suggested i watch the video on fitting a seal, cutting a new seal. Something id never done but tried and it still leaked. I enclose a copy and pasted reply from my customer assistant.Cant recommend this firm and if you read the following i hope you will see why.We have supplied you with seals that are clearly suitable for the situation regarding the glass thickness and the gap size. We sell these on a daily basis to hundreds of people without issue.I cannot help you in any other way other than to direct you to our videos that show how to fit them if you are having a problem fitting it.Shower seals are not guaranteed to stop 100% water from leaking, they are designed to stop the majority.If your last seal worked so well and this doesn't - it must be either down to my previous explanations in my last two emails - surface water sitting in the corner - which I'm surprised any seal stops to be honest, or the way it is being fitted.I don't really know what you expect me to do?RegardsDarren.NB. Which just about sums up the approach to customer service I experienced.I've also now got a seal that works from elsewhere..

Will at The Shower Seal Shop, were so helpful when we placed our original order and also when we needed to exchange one seal for another. I also received a call from another guy (sorry can't recall his name) to say that the returned seal had been received. Recommend the company without any hesitance and if we require seals again, this company will be our first port of call. Thank you :-)

Decsnt range of shower seals and only place I could get one for curved glass. Ordered a few to be sure of the fit and will be ordering more now I know for certain. Highly recommend.

'Take it or leave it' customer service! Incorrect section received but costs more in postage to return length of seal than paid for it when purchased. Expensive mistake!

Just called up these guys and spoke to Will. He was very helpful in explaining the myriad of variables when choosing a shower door seals. Order placed, so we await the product.

Stock an amazing range of seals, knowledgeable staff, prices are fair but sometimes you will have to buy a particular seal as a pair....... my last visit I needed just three seals but had to buy four, but had to spend another £10 for a fourth seal I didn't need. Annoying! They also sell a variety of valves for the plumbing trade.

Great range of products and good value - best place I found for seals to fit our bespoke shower door. Service excellent. Order was lost by Royal Mail in Christmas post so company sent me a new one by tracked courier service next day.
