Serval times now I have watched as they handle change and cash, then do not wash their hands after or put on the blue gloves they’re meant to wear and immediately start handling food.Such as the bread rolls and baguettes. Not safe at all. Very poor hygiene.

We love Greggs sausage rolls. There r 2 Greggs in Kingston. This 1 is by the market. We walk here from Bushy Park. We always have a cup of tea and a sausage roll. My husband loves the mince pies too.@playgroundadventures

Visiting now. Bought veg bake. Received it but it was totally cold. Complained to server Rhys who responded cant do anything about that"And dismissed me for next customer Next please. Rotten attitude. Normally Greg's are friendly and helpful."

Had great service today - quick, friendly and efficient. I usually find the service underwhelming in both Kingston locations, (I often pop in on my break) but today was fab. (Receipt says Harry, thank you!)
