On Friday I took my 86 year old mother in law, with extreme difficulties walking, to Liverpool one car park to hire an electric wheelchair. She bought with her a photo I.D disabled badge, but was told this wasn’t enough as she needed something with her address on too. We even asked to hire a manual wheelchair. We offered to give a large deposit as we’d come a long way and she was so looking forward to a day out shopping and sightseeing. The lady was so unhelpful and kept repeating that she could run away with the wheelchair.I had to take her to sit at a coffee shop just outside the car park whilst I asked hotels, department stores if they had a wheelchair to borrow for a few hours to no avail.People I spoke to couldn’t believe what I was telling them. We had to drive home in the end. The whole experience was shocking.

Very good and friendly staff, the wheelchair we had hired required a bit of TLC thought.

Has to cancel last minute..the gentleman on the phone was extremely understanding and made me feel at ease.

Lovely staff that were so helpful in getting my fiancé a mobility scooter for the day. We came here on a day trip to Liverpool and £15 for a day’s hire is really good. Will be using them again in the future if coming back to visit Liverpool.

I don't live in Liverpool was visiting family, they went out of their way to help me rent a scooter while I was there they were very professional and friendly.Would totally recommend to people visting

Brilliant Staff, Excellent and prompt service,

Excellent facility for the hire of mobility aids. There are electric wheelchairs, scooters. Manual chairs and walkers. Hire for the day for a modest fee. Tutoring in the use of the aid given. Currently open 6 days a week. You can pte book online and pay via PayPal too.

Brilliant place to come to. Usually has spare mobility scooters on the day if you want to wing it, otherwise book online. Only costs £10 for the day

Good and helpful staff , the scooter had seen better days though.
