Gary is in my opinion very unprofessional. He took measurements to order and change two my windows. I had to chase him repeatedly to get replies from him. He kept promising to get back to me about when my windows would arrive and be installed. When he did answer after multiple text messages of chasing him he kept finding excuses why the windows had not arrived . Six weeks later still no windows and no answers from him. He never ordered the windows and refused to give me the name of the company he supposedly ordered them from. Dont be fooled by his friendly manner . This man is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Use a more reliable and professional company is my suggestion to everyone who reads this review. I wasted 6 weeks and now have to start all over again. An unprofessional ans deceptive man and company!
