Marie & Tomas have created a super friendly, warm and welcoming acroyoga community in Cornwall. They are both amazing teachers and their classes are extremely fun, you will not be disapointed.

I began taking handstand and AcroYoga classes with Marie and Tomas several months ago, and I must say, it has been an absolute blessing to have found them. Their classes are incredibly enjoyable, inclusive, and expertly guided. The teachers and other members of the group are always supportive, making me feel like I am part of a warm community.The confidence I have gained from practising handstand and AcroYoga is truly remarkable. I never imagined that I would be capable of doing some of the things I am now able to do. It is an incredible feeling to be able to push my boundaries while being surrounded by such a supportive group.I highly recommend giving Marie and Tomas' classes a try. You will not be disappointed!

Fun classes, friendly people, excellent teachers. Moves vary from basic to challenging - so suitable for all!

This Acro yoga class is amazing! From day one, I found myself doing things that I never thought were possible. The class has usually a great balance of challenging poses and fun exercises. Plus people are super lovely

I feel so grateful that Marie & Tomas have brought acro to Penzance. Starting classes with Acro Adventure has been the highlight of my 2023. I feel so much stronger, fitter, more able, more confident now than I did before starting acro. Not to mention the beautiful people that I have met and the community that has evolved through these classes. If you're craving community or looking to find a way to move that doesn't feel like 'exercise' then I'd highly recommend giving acro a go. Such a welcoming, playful, fun and non judgemental space.
