I had a rental property that was looking very tired and had not been lived in for about 6 months. It required a facelift to improve the kerbside appeal and bring the interior back to life. I contacted Lee and spoke on the phone about my requirements. He requested to see the property to make a full assessment and provide professional feedback on what he thought would be necessary. Lee viewed the property and told me what he believed would be required to provide a high standard of finish together best suited for a rental property to provide a trouble-free, long-lasting finish with minimum maintenance. I was given the option of supplying my own paint or he would supply any colour from the paint charts he gave to me. Within a couple of days, I was given a detailed quote specifying the paints I had chosen together with an idea of the timescale – start date and completion. I gave Lee the go-ahead and all work was carried out as detailed and to an exceptionally high standard. Prior to Lee taking his tools and materials away from the property he invited me along to go over his work just in case there was anything I was unhappy with. I thought this was excellent – although I had nothing to complain about – it was all perfect.I must also compliment Lee on leaving the property in a spotless condition. Any dust and mess that had been made in preparing the walls and woodwork had been cleaned up and taken with him. He even left paint for all areas of the house if there was need to touch up if marked.A first-class job carried out by a true professional that takes pride in his work.Thanks Lee

After decorating the entire ground floor of my home, Lee returned for a second time to decorate upstairs. Again Lee did a first glass job. He works to a very professional standard, is always on time and leaves everything clean and tidy. I am now having Lee back to decorate the exterior of the house. I would definitely recommend Lee.
