Due to the incompetence of this firm, the purchase of our home took 3 months. I wish you good luck if you ever have to deal with them, either as a seller or a buyer. Expect 0 communication and 0 professionalism. Get ready to phone and email them every day with no follow up. Once I get my energy and sanity back I will sure be filing a complaint. The whole process was a nightmare, courtesy of Bell & Craig

They've stalled on payments for well over a year, do not communicate and are invasive. The reason they gave me was a lie as I read the documents. These people treat your money like it's a game.

Great communication, and quick turnaround especially with some last minute issues with a lender Mirren was extremely proactive and supported all the way to completion of a house purchase. Couldn't recommend Bell & Craig more.
