Pawkies

Kelly and the Pawkies crew have been caring for my two dogs for the past two years. I cannot recommend Pawkies enough! My pups are well cared for and loved by everyone on the Pawkies team! They always come home exhausted after a fun day of doggy daycare or pack walks.

My dog goes out for weekly walks with Pawkies and absolutely loves it. It's been great for socialisation and getting time away from the family (after becoming a bit too attached). He's always happy to go, never wants to come in when they return and is often out for longer than what I pay for. Kelly is really professional and reliable and I would highly recommend

Kelly treats my dog like one of her own when he goes to stay.He loves to go & is always exhausted on his return from all the fun he has had.Kelly is really accommodating, friendly & reliable.I love that the set up is home from home and he can roam around and isnt confined.

Our rescue dog joined Kelly Rose and the Pawkies crew in the first lockdown in April 2020 as we needed to go into work sometimes as critical workers. Kelly was great with her- she had her for gradual visits of increasing length, so our dog could get used to the resident dogs at daycare and slowly included her in the daily 'pack' walks and runs in the woods. Although we didn't meet Kelly face to face for ages due to all the distancing measures in place, she always sent us photos of our doggie's adventures each day and kept us informed about what the dogs had been doing each day. When we tell our dog that it's time for 'Pawkies', her tail wags madly and she can't wait to get in the car and run into the house. We feel as though Kelly and her family all know our dog and care about her- she has grown up with them, as well as us, and Kelly is great at advising us about our doggie's quirks! Kelly always sends photos of the dogs each day or posts them on Facebook and the dogs all look so happy. Highly recommend daycare. Happy exhausted doggies after each visit. Thank you.

Kelly has walked my very energetic springer spaniel countless times that he now runs to her the moment he sees her van, he absolutely adores her and the dogs he gets to walk with. Kelly is very careful when introducing and selecting the dogs she walks together, she knows each and every one like they are her own and that’s what I love. She’s also had my labradoodle (she’s a young but can be nervous girl) who was treated like royalty for the weekend she stayed there.. again who absolutely adores Kelly! Kelly is very confident and relaxed when it comes to the dogs and they all follow her without request.. I’m so so so grateful we found her! X x

Kelly is fab. She has been looking after my pups for years now. They love their walks with her and the team. They have been to doggy day care, had boarding and had dog sitting through Pawkies. Always reliable and doggies are happy and well cared for. Love seeing the photos of their adventures.

The boys Ron and Rocco both love their walks with Kelly and the pack. They come home exhausted and happy. Its so good for them socially . My daughters young dog has recently joined and she has a wonderful time too. Thankyou Kelly :) :)

We have put our lab in Pawkies every other week for socialisation since she was 4 months old and I couldn't be happier with the service Kelly provides. Kelly treats my lab like her own and built her confidence up with the other dogs, eased her in and took care of her. My lab gets so excited when we pull up as she knows exactly where she is going for the day. Kelly sends us photos through out the day to show us what our dog is up to, usually having all kinds of fun in open woods, secure fields and swimming in the river. We have also used Pawkies for boarding, i had no worries at all leaving my dog with Kelly, she sent us updates and pictures everyday and night for the 4 nights we were away. Knowing our dog was in the care of Kelly in her loving home of doggies was great.

My rescue boy Larry, has been coming here for around 5 months now and we’ve never looked back!We’re too far away to use for everyday daycare unfortunately (we’re in the next county!) but Larry goes here for overnight stays / holidays ~ and absolutely loves it!!With Kelly, it’s the only time he runs off lead (our trust in Kelly is 100%) and he loves “his” pack so much, that he happily runs along & stays with them. (Kelly will happily walk him on the lead, too).The relationship he has with Kelly’s dog is 2nd to none, and he always comes home both physically and mentally exhausted!They have daily [very long] walks in the countryside and playtime in the garden.Kelly is responsive to messages, flexible, knowledgeable & professional. She updates regularly with photos and is always there if you just want an update.It’s like dropping Larry off with friends when we take him there ~ they treat him like one of the family.Can’t recommend PAWKIES highly enough.If you’re thinking about daycare for your pooch, give them a go!
