I have had a bad experience with one employee from this company, who showed no regard for the safety of myself or my step daughter. I complained to the company management and they took no direct action over the incident, which I thought was inadequate. I would have to question the management processes and ethics of a public facing company that is this weak in it's approach. Very disappointed.
