Flixbus Birmingham

The driver of 07.06.2022 07.25 bus 021 from Liverpool to London, verbally abused 5 passengers in front of me, 2 of which came of the bus in tears because of their treatment. Absolutely unheard of. Travelled with flixbus before, but that person is completely unhinged and passenger safety and ability to control the bus aggression free is questionable.My seat was 1B for which I paid extra was replaced by drivers bags and claimed to be busy because of COVID. As you can check by the date governments COVID guidelines has now changed to no restrictions. The bus driver was without the facemask and clearly thinks COVID is gone too. The real reason I suspect is that he can place his bags closer to himself.Overall very negative experience, and I hope the driver gets investigated. That person should not be close to passengers. Treated all of us as cattle or cargo.

Paid extra for the Seats Reservation for whole family. When the bus came the seats didnt match the scheme from website(different Numbers). Driver told me to try get a refund. So if you want to seat next to your family i dont recomend FLIXBUS. Just scammers, No information from them about seats problem. @@@@ you flixbus.

Coach was 20 mn late with no apologizes given to the travellers. Rude driver. We were assigned to a specific seat but we ended up sitting elsewhere because the driver declare that anyone can seat anywhere regardless of paid seat in the coach. Bad customer service. We will not use this company again.Zero star

Flixbus is a bit of a hit and miss. I really like it as the prices are cheap and they travel as far as europe, however they only take to limited places. One time the hus came over an hour and a half late and the company refused to refund me. They have a tracking system for the coaches but they are not accurate at all.

Worst experience ever. Coach resembled a 90s bus trying to take people in a third country. The smell, broken parks. Awful experience. Toilet had zero facilities. No refreshments (not that I’d want them). On leaving the driver was foul mouthed. Forcing people out of the bus. Will NEVER recommend to anyone. Even my worst enemy.

Amazing value and service, clean comfortable vehicles. I've used FlixBus all over Europe and now the London - Birmingham - Liverpool route is operating seemlessly at a fraction of the cost of a train from New Street.The stop in underneath the bridge on Dudley Street opposite Norfolk House, Google may tell you you've arrived at the bus stops at Grand Central/New Street above so be sure to walk down to Dudley Street as there aren't many signs

Clean coaches, great drivers, ridiculously cheap fares. Will definitely use them again.

I am not happy at all the time is on the ticket says is completely wrong I was arrived 50 minutes late I missed my other appointment I don’t recommend it to anyone
