Excellent service. Saw the car I wanted on their site. Saw the car itself next day. All good. Good trade in deal. Car was delivered and my old car fetched next morning. Friendly and open throughout. I've run the car for a few weeks now and everything is fine.

Where to start!!Great company. Communication was superb throughout all my dealings with them. Visited as a first time car buyer. I'd seen what I wanted and phoned up to reserve.Turned up and was immediately handed keys and straight into a test drive. Ali was brilliant as I was a bit nervous and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed.Put a deposit down and they arranged for a free fresh mot to be sorted too. Massive bonus was that they'd deliver car to my house.To summarise, absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. As a first time buyer I was offered a great service and dealt with in a professional attitude. Will definitely be back again.Lastly, apologies it's taken so long to post this review.

We have recently purchased my daughters first car from here and have found the service excellent. We had an issue that appeared shortly after we purchased the car, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely buy another car from Burrfields and highly recommend them. I would like to register my thanks to Ali and Mo for the way they recently handled an issue my friend had with car he bought from them. The issue was serious and expensive to correct but they went the extra mile and got it all sorted. Professionally and simpathetic they handled it all exceptionally well and my friend is now delighted with the car. We'll done and I would have no hesitation in recommending them highly .

Went to them after being recommended by M+N Garage, went to have a look and by luck they had the exact make and model of the car I wanted, took her for a spin to get a general idea for it before purchase, they even let us take it to the garage to check the car out (which was amazing and so is the car). The team are fabulous. The car also came with a full service history, included a major service just completed. I purchased a fiesta zetec, I expected the car to have engine oil, coolant, correct tyre pressures, none of these where checked until I got home and did it myself, they had a week to do this, lazy sales team, not impressed at all, they were happy to take my £2.495 off me.

A lovely team who were always happy to help and go the extra mile, they even offered to collect me from the train station when picking up the car. Sadly the car had issues within the first few months but that's why we buy with a guarantee. There was no easy fix but we worked together to overcome the issues and got it resolved. Thank you again to the team for their patience.

Great experience buying my first car. The salesmen were not pushy and allowed me to look around, however once I decided what I wanted they were incredibly helpful, supportive and informative throughout the process. Honesty and politeness are definitely key attributes they both have. They made the whole process very easy.

My wife bought a Hyundai 120 which was in excellent condition. The only problem was that two of the back sensors were not working. We took the to a specialist who put the sensors in. Burrfields paid for the job to be done the money was into my wife’s bank account within minutes. If I was looking for another car I would definitely check out this garage. The hospitality was excellent and the salesman was great. Thanks to them for dealing with the problem so quickly.

Really pleased with my purchase of a Vauxhall Astra, went to look at the car just before closing one night but did not feel rushed and was shown the car inside and out. Returned to test drive the car which was again a very pleasant experience. Purchased the car and they were very adaptable on collection day and time. After a few days of having the car there was a small issue which was sorted very quickly and they were very happy to rectify the problem. Brilliant customer service and would definitely recommend this garage.
