Worst customer service ever. The place around the corner where they actually sell the parts was a guy at the desk who was rude arrogant and just horrible behaviour. Disgusting attitude to go with a disgusting service. Would rather travel abroad than buy anything from here. Seemed like he didn't like the colour of my skin. i was always polite towards him but couldn't understand why he was acting so rude towards me.

Use the place all the time. Never had a problem ! Staff are always friendly and help unload my scrap. Never have to wait longer than 10 mins which is great if your as busy as me. Great prices and paid in my bank same day. Have aways recommended to my friends and family.

Had skip on my drive for over 6 months company went bust that had provided. No skip company was willing to help. Then Tronis came to rescue at a very responsible rate they took skip away. Thank you GUYS

They tell you to put the car on the weigh-bridge .Know way of seeing the weight as it’s calculated inside the office . I know I’ve had more weight in the car on many occasions . When you go over to collect your invoice ,it’s never the right Amount . I’ve tried other local scrap yards that are more trusting and honest . I’ve also expressed my view on Taronis ,and they have said many people have been conned and have complained by their practices . Will never go back there ,the people where you collect your cash are nice , but not that friendly elsewhere ,the workers all look dreadfully unhappy .

I phoned because I wanted a particular item for my car, and the woman who I spoke to was very rude, told me that I wasn't her problem, didn't offer any advice and hung up on me. The time was roughly 11:15am 3/9/16. Anyone wishing to phone this company should not phone at this time just incase you are met with this woman and insulted like I was.

Best scrap yard in Birmingham me and my brother come about 3 times a week and we get the best prices all the lads are sound and no waiting about the yard is massive. I highly recommend this scrap yard best prices ever and genuine nice people thanks guys

So quick and easy to do, put a yellow jacket on, speak to fella ,drive on weigh bridge, chuck your scrap off, drive on weigh bridge, present bank card and I'd, for payment, drive away, so easy and friendly people .

Id say clean and tidy but for a scrap yard that seems silly , it was well organised ,1st time using this sight and was greated with friendly and helpful staff . Very quick payment .I have used them before to come and collect a scrapped car and a van from my property which they did a very good job including backing a hudge skip lorry onto my driveway in a double parked narrow road, i was well impressed didnt touch the fence or wall either side .
