Jo herself is totally professional and has a relaxing, no rush nature about her.I recently had the TMJ treatments to help with headaches, neck and jaw tightness and neck and shoulder pain. I booked a spray tan with Jo . She came to my house and made me feel extremely comfortable, she is such a lovely lady .I wanted the tan for a special occasion and I was so happy with the result.In fact two weeks later and I still have a lovely colour especially on my legs . Such a shame it’s too cold to show them off . I would highly recommend Jo and this service . Definitely worth 5 stars .

I often ask my clients for reviews but have realised that I very rarely give them. I have decided to change that. So, here goes. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out about 30 years ago and my jaw has clicked since then. I have not suffered with any discomfort in my jaw, but recently my neck as become very tight with poor range of motion, not great when you are a Yoga teacher. I am good at listening to my body, and my intuition was telling me that my neck was being caused by my jaw. But I didn’t know where to go, until a client mentioned Jo worked on jaws. I organised a TMJ session with Jo last week and didn’t initially notice anything. It’s 5 days later and I have just noticed that I don’t have the usual niggling discomfort in the left side of my neck. Jo has given me some new massage movements to try on myself, I am doing these when I get into bed. I don’t have full range of motion in my neck yet, but it’s nice when you realise that you where right to follow your intuition and that maybe your jaw was the issue! Thank you, Jo.
