We came here on a bank holiday and were met with moody staff, not sure if they are the usual? Got ice creams for My kids which were very nice. However I found out after there is a smaller and cheaper option for kids which would have been better but wasn't offered this. I made the mistake of buying a coffee. It was filled to the brim and boiling hot, spashed and burnt me as soon as I picked it up. Told staff member but she didn't care. It was supposed to be a cappuccino but was just disgusting brown liquid. Clearly these staff have no clue how to make a coffee and shouldn't be serving it. The seats inside are the most uncomfortable we have ever sat on. . For a place that seems to pride itself on high quality ice cream with prices to match it's strange they would employ such bad staff. Won't be returning

Another best finding.A good ice cream italian way.Price in avarage with others ice cream shop if you want to eat a good ice cream5⭐ for those flavours: rosemary,honey and orange zest and choco&mint.A bit too hot inside the shop but with a few spot to seat and enjoy.

Ice cream is nice but embarassingly expensive. 3.60 the small size, the amount is ridiculous. They made sure not to go a milimiter above the rim of the tiny cup. And oh surprise! The bottom of the tiny cup is risen, so basically a good third of the cup is full of Air.

This is the best ice cream I have ever tasted, including in Italy. They have all the usual flavours - but better - as well as plenty of their own, and if you haven't tasted the peanut butter caramel and chocolate you are seriously missing out. The staff are lovely, and yes, it's not cheap, but it's not insanely expensive either, and for the quality it's well worth every penny. I kind of want to keep the secret of this place to myself, but also I want everyone to go there so they stay open forever.

Best Italian gelato you can find in London with unusual flavours.The second best is Gelupo in Soho but they only have very traditional flavours.

Local ice cream shop with great flavors and good quality gelato. The one thing I wish is that they would be open later during the week especially in the summer! Sometimes you just want an ice cream cone at 8:00 p.m. after dinner.

Really nice ice cream but it’s also really expensive. £4.20 for a single scoop. It’s also swelteringly hot inside on a warm day - so unpleasant to sit inside. They really could do with air con.And, it’s only a small thing - but there’s no ice cream cone stand where they rest your cone while you pay and sort your bags out. Isn’t that kind of obligatory for ice cream places?!

The amount of signs in front of the store caught my attention. It said something like the 6th best gelato outside of Italy, so I decided to pay to see it. And it indeed was one of the best gelato I've ever eaten. The only thing is the staff wasn't very friendly (as some other reviews mention it). They were not rude or anything, just not friendly.
