Excellent dealership. I bought a Ford KA 2010 from Heritage Road Motors, they went above and beyond for me, opening the garage late for me to view and test drive the car and delivered the car to my house after purchase! We will be coming back again when my partner needs a new car

Went to pick up a Audi s3 which was as described in the add very clean inside , the outside could of been washed a little better but not to asked as was going to wash it anyways , service was easy and relaxing, no problems so far , only thing I would change is they should offer warranty for at least 2-3 months to put your mind at ease but I guess some places don’t and some do but heyo I’m happy with the car so can’t really argue

AWFUL dealership. Bought a Peugeot 208 from them and recently after buying the engine light came on, I was told to go through the warranty company but got nowhere. I found out months later through the DVLA that they never transferred it into my name. Was promised a £25 payment to get it sorted myself but no correspondence from there. I will be taking this further with trading standards and the DVLA, will also be taking this to small claims court.

Courteous and personal sales team with local train station pick up and lunch. Car as expected with fresh MOT/service and repairs. Would recommend to any looking for a car.

Turned up to the dealership and the car was unclean outside, fair enough.. it's an old focus but I told them on Monday I would be there for Saturday.The service and maintenance history was conveniently left with a friend nut was assured this would be sent out to me on the Monday. I wrote down my full address and text it to them so there could be no issues.It's been over 2 weeks since then, I've called and text multiple times - they seem like they want to get off the phone straight away when I call and never respond to texts (prior to buying the car they responded within minutes). The car was advertised with a full service and maintenance history but I doubt this ever existed.Go with someone more reputable.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE - SEE GOOGLE REVIEWS. My friend bough a car and straight away it stared to cut out after 20 mins. After lots of hassle allowed her to return it but charged her £500 - she had only had it a week. Absolutely disgusting. Reporting to Trading Standards and local community. Hope this review saves another person having to suffer.

I bought a car from these guys when I arrived it was not clean like I would have expected. Got it home and there was already a problem. Called them and they asked me to return the next day to have it check. From there began the nightmare. After a lot of fighting I got some of my money back but I lost £500 and time I will never get back. DON'T buy from them.
