I needed to change the lock on my garage door, I called Alec at 16:30 and he was there an hour later. Replaced the lock and provided a set of 3 keys. He also made some adjustments to the door lock mechanism to make it easier to open. Absolutely delighted by the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The KTM Pannier on my motorcycle was locked shut and I was unable to remove the pannier from the bike, or remove any belongings so I spoke to Alec at SmartTech and he was with me within hours.After reviewing he found a solution to access the mechanism and managed to rectify the locking system and now operates as good as new.Highly recommended!

We needed two spare electronic Keys cut for two different Vans. Alec was helpful from the start.One of the keys was difficult to find but he sourced it, arrived at our location when he said he would and done the job for a more than reasonable price.Good friendly manner, makes all the difference.All in all, if you want top drawer locksmith service, for a fair price, then Smart Tech should be your first call.

I lost my van keys while at work on a Friday. Gave Alec a call told him the situation, the van make and model he then came out very quickly, got the van unlocked and made me a new key very quickly. Even gave me a second key as a back up.He said if I was to find my lost keys while at work. He would come out for free and re activate my original keys so he has been out today and done as he said he would.Fair price! top guy!
