They open and close whenever they feel like it. Rude and generally unhelpful staff, I don’t know how they get away with the level of customer service, are they not accountable to anyone?

Says its open online, walked there after the morning school run before I started work. Not open until 9.30 today and midday tomorrow. Unable to send a package until next week now as it was the only time this week could get there and its the closest I could get to.

Incorrect opening hours for Saturday. Went there at 5pm (said it would be open until 5:30pm) and it was shut. On the counter it said it closed at 1pm. Disappointing.

Not sure about the closing hour issue since I always come here in the morning, but the lady behind the counter has been consistently rude every time I come to post an item. She is very reluctant to get up from her seat to open the pay window where I put my parcel in. I only use this branch because it is quiet and I don't have to queue.

It'd be really nice if the opening hours were right & consistent. PO web site says indefinitely closed, hours on glass say 0900-1730 except 0900-1300 Sat & closed Sun, Maps updated by business a few weeks ago says updated by business to close Thursday & be open 0900-1730 Sat. Was closed at 1725 Sat, seems it closed at 13:00. Aside from the hours this is a good place with friendly & helpful service.

Just went to do some shopping as its my local and first thing i see is people walking round with no face masks and the security officer doing and saying nothing to them ,then when i queued up i had to tell some man to step back as he was virtually trying to climb on my back and had no face mask. its a small shop and lots of elderly shop there as well so i hope they don't catch the virus because of the shops incompetence. Avoid unless you want corona.

Confirmed it was open on the website today, so walked in on my lunch hour to post a parcel, only to find a note on the window saying closed all day". It's 2023. Welcome to it."

Now closing to unofficial hours. We have a new member of staff that now takes our post to the post office and they have been rude to her on each occasion. On one occasion they were not open at 4.15pm and we could not send out franked mail and they took them the following day. They were closed early yesterday and today would not take the parcels we could not send because they were closed at a cost of us having to re-frank letters and parcels to the value of almost £25.00. Rules seem to made up as they go and if they are in a good or bad mood. Service used to be good but is rapidly going downhill. service needs to be brought up to scratch.
