Valuer turned up on time, and he looked around the property twice. He then sat down with us & gave us his estimate. We were quite shocked at how low a valuation the property was given, even though we knew it needed work doing to it. He asked us how much we were expecting to get. When I told him, he laughed at us. It is an excellent property for updating & extending. It has a very large garden compared to other properties in the street. We know house prices are going downhill at the moment, but we thought this was undervalued. I will get more valuations to see if we were wrong. We did ask about putting the property through their auctions, but he said they didn't auction properties with that valuation!

Excellent service from start to finish. Edwards Moore were outstanding with there customer service and outstanding knowledge of the current property market. Catherine was exceptional and kept us informed every step of the way. The whole selling experience was stress free. I would thoroughly recommend.

I cannot rate Edwards Moore highly enough. Scott who came to do the valuation was very professional and likeable and we felt confident he would negotiate well for us. Due to events outside both their and our control, we ended up having a very difficult chain and this is where I feel they really shone as a great company. Catherine, the senior sales progressor, was brilliant and made an incredibly stressful time easier to cope with. To know she was always on it and chasing the relevant parties was such a reassurance. Catherine would ring regularly even if there was no news, just to touch base and let us know she had everything in hand. She went above and beyond and I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been if Edwards Moore hadn't been such a great agent.

Whilst trying to buy a house this estate agent has been caught lying and the corruption is rife. Spoke to the owner of the property and he said they didn't give him the true facts about diposit number's and bank account figures and also lied about passing this information on.Turned out that Edwards more were sold out to someone else and also kept the price low as possible for the buyer even though I offered way more for the house than the people who brought it. Do not use this company even if you are desperate.

No point talking to these waste of time agents...they need more then training on how to talk to customers! They have so much attitude they don't pass you through to the manager when there is a problem to escalate.... appsolutely waste of time I will never deal with these guys again!

Great customer service from the team, booked viewing same day and offered accepted. Louise kept me updated throughout and Jack was professional showing us around a number of properties, did not feel rushed. Overall a great experience!
