Rarely one comes across an outstanding business where what is promised is delivered, on time, in a professional manner, at reasonable prices, and with a smile on their face.Chris, who is the owner, takes huge pride in running a well run operation, more focused on delivering, a professional workshop offering all motor related services, like annual service, MOT, repairs etc.They are able to offer reasonable prices, as there are no fancy waiting rooms with coffee machines. More focused on delivering the services customers require, and with great customer interaction.Will continue to have my cars serviced from here.

My girlfriend and her family recommended Chris to me when I had a few issues with my Audi. He found out what was wrong very quickly and always kept me in the loop with what was needed. Chris and his team offer a professional, quality, well priced service. Chris is a genuine, honest and trustworthy bloke who is obviously very knowledgeable about his trade, a rare thing to find these days. Would recommend D&S Auto to anyone. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Chris and his team provide an excellent service. I've been coming here for over 15 years and have never had any unnecessary work suggested as being needed. Chris always explains the fault and suggests the remedy and price. What could be fairer? My son lives in London but insists on coming here for any work. Genuine, reasonably priced and reliable. I must have recommended dozens here with no complaints.

I needed an MOT at short notice as I had forgotten and left it last minute, Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to fit my car in even when he was fully booked for the day. I've always had a good experience at D & S Autos and would highly recommend!

I needed just a simple service, however agreed to resolve a few niggly faults over the phone! This was the green light the owner needed to ramp up the costs significantly! I expected upwards of £200+ with full service and with solving a few minor faults. However, was handed a bill at over £700+. I certainly would not recommend this garage to anyone! This guy makes 'Arthur Daley' look like an honest conman! However, there's certainly no comedy at this backstreet outfit!

Avoid this man Chris. At the beginning he sound and look like an honest but once you leave your car with him for service, he would usually give the car non existence fault or he would damage the car so he can fixed it and forced you to pay more. It happened to me twice the first time l left my with Chris to do full service after servicing the car the day after my car had an issue and the second time I came back for service the car needed filter changes again so he charged me more money. I know in my experience of Northampton garages majority of them are dishonest but some like Chris are even worst.
